Who this is
LunaClara Design is a freelance web and graphic design studio run by May, based in Surrey, UK. This notice covers lunaclara.studio. Questions: hello@lunaclara.studio.
What I collect
Contact form
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, and message (and whatever you choose to tell me about your project). That is sent via Formspree so I can read and reply to your enquiry.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site — for example which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are from, and what device they use. Google may set cookies and collect usage data. I use this to improve the site, not to sell your data.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site may use:
- Analytics cookies — from Google Analytics, to measure traffic and usage. These are optional and only load if you click Accept analytics on the cookie banner (or in Cookie settings in the footer).
- Essential cookies — only if needed for basic site function (this is a simple static site, so there are very few).
Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask every time. You can change your mind anytime via Cookie settings in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Why I use your data
- To reply to your enquiry (contact form).
- To understand and improve how the website performs (analytics).
For UK data protection law, contact enquiries are handled to respond to your request; analytics are used on the basis of my legitimate interest in running an effective business website.
Who I share data with
- Formspree — processes contact form submissions.
- Google — processes analytics data.
I do not sell your personal data.
How long I keep it
Contact enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your project or enquiry, then deleted or archived in line with normal business practice. Analytics data is kept according to Google’s settings in my Analytics account (typically up to 14 months).
Your rights
If you are in the UK, you have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data I hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@lunaclara.studio. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes
I may update this page from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change when I do.
